Delivery/Returns Policy
Order Fulfilment:
As far as possible, all items listed on the site are available for immediate despatch and we aim to issue all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment confirmation. Any back order items will be notified to you immediately and sent as soon as available.
All items are, however, subject to availability, and we reserve the right to change prices listed without notice. E&OE accepted.
Payment Method:
Orders can be paid using all major UK credit and debit cards via PayPal (you can also use your PayPal account). Payment processing is automated and there are no additional charges for credit card payments.
All non credit/debit card orders must be paid in advance by cheque, bankers draft or postal order. Please send your payment to the address specified on your order confirmation, which will include details of how to make payment. As soon as payment has been received and cleared by our bank you will receive an order acknowledgement, informing you of a dispatch date. Please write your order number on the back of the cheque. Please DO NOT send cash.
Delivery of Goods:
In Stock items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of payment. We will take all reasonable steps to deliver agreed back order items within 28 days, but we will not be held liable for failure to deliver within this time. If we are unable to deliver within a reasonable time you will be informed by email and offered the option to cancel the order and given a full refund. For UK Mainland your goods should be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. For non UK Mainland delivery, please allow longer delivery times.
Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges are FREE for all UK & Eire orders. Overseas orders will be charged at cost, please request a quotation if this is required.
Overseas Orders:
We do not currently accept orders from outside the UK. If you require an overseas shipment or wish to make a purchase from outside the UK please contact us for specific details. We reserve the right to refuse overseas orders at our discretion.
Prices:
All prices are as seen. No additional surcharges are added. All Prices are in Pounds Sterling. Discounting may be applied. E&OE

We offer a money-back guarantee on all sales. This covers postage and packaging on damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Distance Selling Regulations 2000:
Purchases made via our website whether placed by Telephone, Fax or mail order, are subject to the UK Distance Selling Regulations. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any item or services, except for certain customised or made-to-order items.
You may cancel your order by sending or delivering to us a, letter or e-mail cancellation at any time up to and including seven normal working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) after the day on which you receive your purchase.
If you exercise your Statutory Right to Cancel your order, you must return to us at your expense the item or items that you wish to return.
Complaints:
We endeavor to respond to all complaints within five working days. We promise to deal with complaints confidentially, and in a fair and effective manner. The time taken to resolve a complaint will be dependant on the complexity of the issue, but we will endeavour to ensure that the consumer is kept informed of the complaints progress.
